Rex to launch statewide Turnaround Tour today

Candidate will listen to South Carolinians and share ideas about remaking the state's image

(COLUMBIA) State Superintendent of Education Jim Rex, the frontrunner in the Democratic race for Governor, will hold a news conference today to launch a statewide Turnaround Tour that will focus on the issue of improving South Carolina's image. During the news conference, he will unveil a newly redesigned RV that he will use to travel the state during the campaign.
